Our vision for Fradley Marina is for it to be a well-appointed, secluded and welcoming community where berth-holders will benefit from a range of modern facilities in an un-crowded setting. At the core of that approach is the fact that we’ve planned the site to optimise quality of environment over boats per square inch of water space. The project to build Fradley Marina is really just a process that has allowed us to live our dream whilst realising the canal boat dreams of our clients. This is the story of how we dreamt about, planned and are now building the Staffordshire’s newest and most environmentally attractive narrowboat marina.
We will have a capacity for around 60 boats and every mooring will have direct access to metered electricity, wi-fi & fresh drinking water. Nearby will be waste disposal, sanitary facilities and a purpose-built shower block with washing machines. When the marina is up and running we plan to offer glamping options for berth holders’ guests to live ashore when visiting and for visitors to the area to stay somewhere that’s a bit different.
